The Mango Bingsoo is amazing. Perfectly sweet without being tart--the ultimate summer dessert! The portion is smaller compared to other bingsoo places, but the size is perfect for two people to share. The cafe is clean but a bit small. The staff are friendly and the food came out quick.
5/5 - black sesame shaved ice. This wasn't an overpowering black sesame flavor but still very good. The ice is very soft and fine. We also got red bean topping and that was nice together since red bean can be sweet.
this has been on my list to try for a while, so i'm glad this place lives up to the hype! we went in about 30 minutes before closing and there were only like 2 tables available. We ordered the black sesame shaved ice & taiyaki (nutella & custard flavored). anko definitely has the softest bingsoo I have ever had.. there was so much flavor with every bite! their portion size is smaller than most bingsu places but the quality and taste makes up for it! compared to other bingsu places, i have always had to ask for extra toppings or condensed milk just for more flavor when we got towards the middle or bottom of the dessert. The taiyaki was so warm and complemented our bingsoo really well. I can't wait to come back and try out their other flavors!

BEST taiyaki in the area! It is always made to order so it may take a minute, but always well worth the wait.
You can get 4 taiyaki and choose 2 different fillings for $10 (inflation made the price go up, but I think it's still worth it!)
The texture is nice and crispy on the outside and basically like mochi on the inside!
Only warning to give is that the filling will be HOT since it is fresh so if you're like me and want to eat it right away, be careful!!
Parking in the lot kinda sucks, but it's close enough to walk from the California Market structure.
Vibes are nice and clean inside with a calming white aesthetic.
Their black sesame bingsoo is savory and sweet and such a hit! Even though the portion looks big, the actual dessert is light and airy. The shaved ice is milky and has a soft texture. Great spot to hang out and chat after a dinner date.
Best taiyaki I've had in LA! The custard taiyaki was my favorite. Bingsoo was good but I have had better in ktown.
Super cute cafe! There's not a parking lot so you have to do street parking, but everything we got was delicious. We got the Nutella and banana taiyaki, custard taiyaki, and the mango shaved ice. It was a nice place to grab dessert and relax.
The strawberry bingsoo was so delicious, especially the shaved ice it was so milky. I would def come again but would love to try the other flavours.
